Standard orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–5 business days via courier. Custom colour orders may take an additional 5–7 days for crafting.
Due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on worn or altered wigs. However, if your wig arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or exchange.
